We hold a briefing with your team, determine the goal and optimal amount to be raised, the timing and concept of the campaign. We develop an action plan, a calendar of activities, and segment potential donors (local community members, diaspora, major patrons, foundations). You can see in advance how and where the funds will be raised.
Search for donors and grants
Our team explores all possible sources of funding for your project. We select relevant grant programs and funds, compile a list of potential private donors and companies. We prioritize contacts and create a roadmap for engagement: who to contact, when, and with what request.
Grant applications
We prepare professional grant proposals tailored to the requirements of specific donors. We prepare a complete set of documents (project description, budget, expected results, etc.) in accordance with the standards of each fund. We accompany the application process: we monitor deadlines and respond to additional requests from donors.
Digital fundraising
We create a landing page or mini-landing campaign (in several languages, if necessary). We connect convenient online payments and set up options for regular contributions. We maintain a donor database (CRM) to keep track of donations. We launch email newsletters and automatic reminders. We integrate a chatbot for fundraising and communication with donors, develop texts, visuals, videos, and banners to promote the campaign.
Local donations (online tzedakah)
We help organize internal fundraising in your community. We implement mechanisms for small regular donations: "donation of the day/week," named contributions, and fundraising for specific micro-goals. We engage local partners to provide support (matching grants, percentage of sales, joint events). We integrate offline initiatives with online fundraising: we provide QR codes, announcements, and texts for events so that participants can easily donate.
Working with major donors
We prepare individual proposals for patrons: a concise project pitch, budget, description of impact and benefits. We write personalized letters and appeals, prepare your team for meetings with major donors—providing a list of arguments, responses to possible objections, and a conversation structure. We accompany negotiations until confirmation of large contributions is received.
Campaign management and optimization
After the campaign launch, we monitor the pace of fundraising across all channels on a daily basis. We test messages, creatives, pages, and offers to increase conversion rates. We regularly inform the audience about the progress of the fundraising: how much has already been raised and how much remains, encouraging them to join in. We strengthen the channels that deliver results and quickly adjust the plan if something is not working well. You receive weekly reports on key indicators and interim results.
End of campaign and trust
Once the goal has been achieved, we prepare a final transparent report: the total amount raised, the number of donors, and where the funds will be directed. We help your community thank donors (personal letters, certificates, public acknowledgements—as needed and agreed upon). We develop a donor retention plan: we offer mechanisms for repeat donations, regular support, and the creation of a "donor club" for your community. If desired, we also prepare the ground for future campaigns — we identify promising projects or events for which fundraising can be launched in the future.
